“Oh my goodness! My new web host is amazing. We had been talking
via IM off and on for almost a week and a half about updates I
was wanting performed on my website. After we had talked, I asked
if he also hosted websites. After we talked and I realized the
significant savings he offered over my then current web host (MidPhase
who majorly sucks), my husband and I decided it was time for a
change. Immediately upon my sending in my cancellation so they
wouldn't renew my contract, Pat Carr from PQ Host, went in and
saved my website so that he could begin working on the updates.
Praise the Lord that he did! Within 4 hours of my sending in my
form, my then current webhost (MidPhase) took my site down without
any forewarning. It was supposed to have taken 3 days according
to the email they sent me. I realized this at 7:45pm on Friday
night. Pat happened to be online at the time I found out and worked
to get my site up temporarily on a subdomain for his hosting site
so that customers could still have access to my site. By this
morning, my site was completely transferred over to his servers.
He is amazing and worked on getting everything back up and running.
I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a web host to consider
